1. Definitions

• "Company," "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to Fundry, the laundromat and dry-cleaning service provider.

• "User," "Customer," or "You" refers to any person accessing or using our Website and services.

• "Services" refers to all laundry, dry cleaning, pickup, delivery, and related services provided by Fundry.

 

2. Use of the Website

1. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. Minors may use the services under parental supervision.

2. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.

4. Unauthorized use of the Website for fraudulent activities is strictly prohibited.

 

3. Services and Orders

1. Pickup and Delivery: We offer free pickup and delivery within specified areas. You must ensure that the provided address is accessible at the scheduled time.

2. Service Limitations:

   • We do not guarantee stain removal, as it depends on fabric type and stain age.

   • We are not responsible for damage due to pre-existing wear, manufacturer defects, or non-cleanable materials.

3. Turnaround Time: Standard processing time is 24-48 hours for regular laundry and 3-5 days for dry cleaning. Express service is available at an additional charge.

4. Missed Pickups & Deliveries: If you are unavailable at the scheduled time, reattempt charges may apply.

 

4. Pricing and Payments

1. Prices are listed on the Website and may be revised without prior notice.

2. Payment is due at the time of order placement or delivery, via:

   • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

   • Net Banking

   • Cash on Delivery (COD) (subject to limits)

3. In case of failed payments, services may be delayed or canceled.

 

5. Cancellations and Refunds

1. Order Cancellations:

   • You may cancel an order before pickup without charges.

   • Cancellations after pickup may incur processing fees.

2. Refund Policy:

   • Refunds are processed only for orders not fulfilled due to service limitations.

   • No refunds are provided for partially completed services.

 

6. Liability and Disclaimer

1. Loss or Damage: While we take utmost care, we are not responsible for:

   • Items with pre-existing damages.

   • Shrinkage, color bleeding, or manufacturer defects.

   • Items left uncollected beyond 30 days, which may be disposed of.

2. Force Majeure: We are not liable for service interruptions due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, technical failures).

7. Intellectual Property

1. All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Fundry and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

2. Unauthorized use of Fundry trademarks is strictly prohibited.
