Booking takes about a minute
The booking form on fundry.in asks three things: what needs cleaning (wash & fold, wash & iron, dry cleaning, saree care, shoes or home fabrics — pick “not sure” and we’ll help), where you are (share your location and the form fills your area; add your apartment and flat number so the rider clears your gate), and your mobile number with a preferred window — morning, afternoon or evening.
The site tells you on the spot whether your area is inside our pickup zone. Then a Fundry person — not a bot — confirms the exact window on your phone. There is no payment at booking and no app to install.
What happens to your clothes
At pickup, your bag is weighed (for per-kg services) and every item is tagged, so your clothes never mix with anyone else’s. At the store, items are sorted by service and fabric: everyday laundry is machine-washed and dried; pressed wear goes through finishing; dry-clean garments are inspected individually and treated in solvent.
Anything unusual — a stain, a delicate fabric, an item that should switch services — triggers a call to you before we proceed. The price basis you saw is the price basis you pay; surprises are the thing we designed against.
