When you request a pickup we collect the details you provide: the services you need, your area and pincode, your name (optional), your mobile number, and any notes about your items. We use this information to confirm and operate your pickup — nothing else.

Analytics

We use privacy-conscious product analytics to understand how the site is used — pages viewed and buttons clicked. Analytics events never include your phone number, address or the notes you write about your garments.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. Pickup details are shared only with the Fundry team that operates your pickup and the service infrastructure required to run this website.

Retention & contact

We keep pickup request data for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations. To ask about or remove your data, write to fundryindia@gmail.com.
