Data Deletion

You can ask Fundry to delete the information we hold about you at any time — including the messages you sent us on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or Instagram, and the contact details that came with them.

How to ask

Email fundryindia@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request”, and tell us the phone number, Facebook name or Instagram username you contacted us from. You can also send the same request in the chat itself.

What happens next

We confirm the request with you and delete your conversations, contact record and pickup requests within 30 days. We keep only what the law requires us to — such as invoices for tax records — and nothing else.

Removing Fundry from your Facebook or Instagram settings (Apps and Websites) stops any further access; it does not by itself delete the messages already sent to us, so please write to us as well.
